- Reports are analyzed using proprietary software and years of experience
- Material invoice is generated based on the report findings

Material Ordering and Delivery
- Higgs orders the necessary materials based on the invoice
- Delivery is scheduled to ensure timely arrival at the job site

Crew Scheduling
- Higgs schedules a crew for the project
- The crew is selected based on experience and availability

Virtual Project Management
- Higgs manages all aspects of the roofing project
- Issues are quickly resolved to ensure smooth progress
- Regular updates are provided to keep all parties informed

Customer Communication (Optional)
- Higgs can handle additional customer communications, if desired
- Pre-construction checklist is provided to the customer
- Changes and updates are communicated promptly
- Customer questions and concerns are addressed professionally

Project Completion
- Your project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Project is closed out, and all necessary documentation is provided
